NFDCL

National farmer's development cooperative limited (NFDCL) has been established under the multi-state cooperative societies act 2002 and registered on 23 august 2012 by the joint secretary and central registrar. cooperative societies in the ministry of agriculture govt. of india at registration no.mscs/cr1603/2012.The membership of nfdcl is 14 comprising of the state state level federation,distt level cooperative societies and large size/primary level securities from 3 states and UTs of India i.e State of Delhi,Haryana,Uttar Pradesh.Copies of the registration certificate are appended.

Agriculture Sector

Procurement of wheat,paddy/rice,pulses,oil-seeds,jute during khariff and Rabi crops seasons directly from the farmers for supply to Govt. Department ,public sector undertaking cooperative and other organizations and also under MSP scheme of Govt. of India ,nominated by agency of State Government.

Horticulture Items

Supply of hybrid vegetable,flowers and fruit seeds,flower bulbs,Lilium and tuberous ,single and double planting materials viz. Gerbera,Carnation,Roses,Anthuirum,orchid etc. and fruits plants i.e Banana ,Strawberry,Guava,Mango,Lime etc.

MEMBERSHIP

The Membership of the federation is open to all four tiers of the Cooperative sector i.e national,state,district and primary level cooperative besides Govt. of India ,NCDC and State government.The societies interested to obtain membership of NFDCL are required pay share contribution @Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.10,00,000 depending upon their level/starting others are to contribute as decided by the general body exception in case of ncdc which is to purchase share valuing Rs.10,00,000/- ( Rupees ten lakhs) the application from appended.

NOMINAL MEMBERSHIP

Nominal membership of NFDCL is open to cooperative societies on permanent of non refundable fee of Rs. 25,000/- however such membership shall not be subscribe to its there or have any interest in the management thereof including right to vote elect as Director(s) office bearers of the board Director to participate in the general body or any committee meeting or in sharing of its profit,purchase rebate or liabilities. Such nominal membership would be entitled to do business with the federation on mutual agreed terms& conditions.
